A light-textured oven-bottom crusty loaf made with a traditional sourdough which has been fermented for 24 hours giving this loaf a delicious traditional flavour. The perfect accompaniment for a platter of cheese, pickle, cooked meats and soup.
 Made using Laxey Glen Mills flour from manx-grown wheat.
 Less than 3% fat.
